snowscapes

snow is a beautiful thing, yet it moves out the way for nothing. one of the things that struck me while travelling was how everything just seemed to keep on going, regardless of the weather. the trees still spread their spindly branches towards the sun, mothers took their babies for walks in the pram, traffic still made it's way through the city and boats and ships ploughed their way through icy rivers.
