warm glow

my dear mother has the loveliest rose garden, and at the moment it is in full bloom. i spent a grey skied afternoon doing a little pruning, and ended up with a few blossoms myself. i love how all the colours blend together...it reminds me of a sunset...

do you like my new hairband? its woven from natural vines and put together by hand by this lovely lady. i feel a bit like a fairy wearing it, but it is rather pretty to resist :)

aren't these just epic? they were created by my super sister in law for bronte's first birthday - believe me, they taste as good as they look!
